According to Milgard, the screen was made by a company called Quanex and the Milgard part for the handles is HA0293BL. The part is no longer available

The closest match we have for this screen door handle is our 83-113, which has 2-1/2" hole spacing on one handle and 3" on the other, but the style is otherwise very different. Review the specifications below to see if you think you could adapt this to work for your repair. Thank you!
