Pivot pins

A handy person from Seaside Oregon says:
Pivot pins made of channel iron that tapers from 5/16" to 1/4" Wide, they are 3/16 high, and 2 1/4" long and the tapered end (1/4" wide part) is 1/2" of the 2 1/4" length. There are 3 holes for screws at 15/32, 1 3/16, and 1 1/2 from the 5/16 end of the 2 1/4" length.
