Plate that goes behind the locking mechanism

A quick learner from 28594 says:
The locking handle is part number 38-091 or 38-092. I ordered those but I need the metal plate that goes on the back side of it that holds it in the frame with screws. In the picture, someone used two small pieces of metal on each end to make it work, but that's not the ideal solution.

Thanks for writing in! It appears that what you have pictured here are pieces from a damaged lock support plate. I believe you'll need the 38-278 Multi-Point Lock Support Plate to repair your window. Take a look over the dimensions to determine that this is the correct fit. You'll especially want to confirm the measurement for the distance between the installation holes on the window.
