Please help identify this handle!

Hello and thanks in advance for any help!

This handle is from a sliding glass door I think from 1971 or 1972. The plastic parts that hold and rotate the lock-pins are both broken. I can't seem to find any indication of brand or model, therefore it's almost impossible to search online for a similar replacement. I've done many image searches with no luck.
