Hello,

Your window lock reminds me of the 39-537 but it is not an exact match. It also looks like the bar that connects the guide to the sash frame has an offset, which our part does not have. For these reasons, I can't be sure if this would work for you but review the specifications below and see what you think.

As for your operator, we may be able to help but we would need to see a clear photo of the installation hole pattern, including the top hole that is not visible in your photo. It would also help to see the operator disconnected from the window linkage to determine the diameter of the hole at the base of the link arm.
