Thanks for posting! Your channel balance appears to be our S770-16 with a 16C stamp and a 15-170 Snap-On Clip attached. It also appears to have a rivet at the top. Given these details, these will need to be a custom made assembly but the good new is that we can get them made up for you in our warehouse. There appears to be a 19-029 Short S-Clip attached to the top of the balance, which is sold separately. The compatible shoe is the 15-169 Snap-Lock Pivot shoe. I've just forwarded over a separate link with a quote for (2) custom balances as there is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.
