Hello, It could be that the window frame has settled and is out of square. However first remove the operator from the window and try operating the window by hand to see if it will close properly. Also check the hinges on the sides of the window to see if they are binding or are worn out. Take a look at the related videos from the website to see if they will help you to solve this issue.
