Problem/part for Plygem window - pivot shoe?

A home owner from Hawaii says:
Plygem window (circa 2013? mfg) in Hawaii gets a lot of moisture and salt that may have affected the pivot shoe(??) in the left side of the window (bottom hung portion). Do you have a replacement part?

Hello, thank you for posting,

Please start by reviewing the 15-228 pivot shoe. The original will need to be removed from the window to compare the overall style and dimensions to determine a good fit! Let us know what you think and if you have any additional questions.
