A quick learner from St. Croix Virgin Islands says:
Window channel tends to break causing window not to stay open in the up position.

Hello there!

It sounds like you need a new channel balance. Would it be possible for us to see an undamaged version of the shoe in your first photo? Can you also tell us the stamp printed on the metal channel? Lastly, does your balance install with a screw or a hook?

A quick learner from St. Croix Virgin Islands says:
Good day. It is impossible for me to get an undamaged shoe. All.of the w8ndows are inoperable and the the picture I sent was the best one. The stamp on the metal piece is 22B. The balance is installed with a screw.

Thank you for getting back to me. I suspect you have the 15-230 shoe which means this will need to be a custom balance order. If you can tell me the number of balances you're looking to purchase, I can draft a price quote.

Please note that if some windows are a different size then the length and stamps of the balances will be different as well.

A quick learner from St. Croix Virgin Islands says:
I will need 20 of them

Sounds good. I'll email you a purchase link and price quote for (20) balances that you can use to place an order on our website. Please note that there is a 5-6 business week lead time as well.

Let me know if you have any questions!
