Hello there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. I believe you have the discontinued Crossly Series 780 window balance. We should still be able to help, though it will have to be a custom order. To outline it for you, we'll take a 24" metal channel with the 2320 stamp and attach the 19-005 top and 15-029 bottom fittings. If this sounds good to you, let me know the quantity of balances you'd like to order and I can draft a price quote.

As for the top sash guide, have a look at the 18-052's specifications and see if they match what you need.

Hi Paul. Thanks for the quick response. Looking at the top guide 19-005, the wings are near the bottom, while mine are near the top. Don't know if this makes a difference, but measurements seem good. If this will work, I would appreciate a price quote for ten balances. Thanks

The placement of the wings is different but we believe the 19-005 will still work. I'll go ahead and email you a purchase link and price quote for (10) balances that you can use to place an order on our website.

The top sash guides can't be included in this link so don't forget to add your needed quantity to your cart separately!
