Please start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 15-087 pivot housing that are compatible with the Series 180 coil springs. For a tandem setup like you show, see the 15-086 housing. 

Review the number stampings on the springs to determine the correct weighted spring option. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the sash to move forward. Thank you!
