Re aluminum window parts

A contractor from San Francisco says:
Hi there,
I have had a really good experience with your platform in the past and I am hoping that you can help me once again. I am trying to source this part for an aluminum window in a rental property. This is just one of the windows, there are three altogether. As you can see whoever came before me has locked in the window opener by installing a wooden sill after the fact. I am hoping that I can order the necessary parts remove the sill, do the install and then reinstall the wooden sill.
Any help is greatly appreciated and as always a really big thumbs up for you guys!!!! You absolutely rock!!!

Hello!

Thank you for your kind words! We're so happy to hear that you find our website so helpful. Regarding the operator, the 39-045 comes to mind. You'll want to compare the arm size with yours to be sure they match up. We also sell the 39-504 track in case you need it.
