Can you please see if you can match this with what you have. To the best of my ability
38-239C looks like the design of the hinge, but not sure of the crank and handle part. The guides on the side of the window measure 12".

Hello,

I agree that your operator resembles the 39-239C shown below as long as the dimensions match up to yours. This assembly is used with the 39-375 handle with cover.

As for the hinge, I can't make out the entire part in your photo but you can start by comparing the specifications of the 36-048 set with a 10" base to yours, which are quite versatile in our experience. Thank you!
