I agree that the 82-089 handle set looks to be a good match for your original set as long as the installation hole distance is 3-15/16" from center to center. 

Since you have an exterior key lock, I would recommend reviewing the 82-086 that is the same style, but comes with the key lock. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
