They there, thanks for reaching out! It looks like you have either the S380-34 with a 1" shoe or the S385-34 with a 1-3/32" shoe. The metal channel of these balances is 34". To determine which series is needed for your window, look over the dimensions from the diagram below to confirm the depth of your bottom shoe. Let me know if it does not match either measurement.

To select the stamp option needed for your balance, check the metal channel of your balance. If there are no stamps or they cannot be cross-referenced, you'll need obtain the exact weight of your window and then select the stamp from the list of weight ranges, shown below the product description for the balance you need.

Thanks for confirming the measurement for the shoe as well as the stamp. These will need to be a custom/special order balance.
