Replace balances for Jeld-Wen single hung vinyl window

A handy person from San Diego says:
One of the two balances on a single hung Jeld-Wen vinyl window snapped.
*Is it possible to restring it with a weight bearing twine?

The length is 22"
The width is 9/16" (~1/2 inch)
The number is 2140 for 15lbs+
Attached photos of the end caps and metal hook.
Please help me identify your replacement model.

Thank you,
Jesse

Bob from SWISCO responded:

Hey Jesse. It looks like you have either our S380-22 or S385-22. The only difference between these two channel balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. The diagram below can be used as a reference. In either case, choose 2140 as your stamp option. Let me know if you have further questions.
