Replace sash bracket.

A quick learner from Lewisville, TX says:
I have single-hung/? Side mounted sash brackets that screw in from the side inwards. It seems I'd need to take the sash out of the frame to replace it. How should I do that?

Hello, thank you for posting,

Unfortunately in your case, you have builders grade single hung window, where the sash is not made to come out from the master frame. We suggest the 17-094 clip on the bottom bracket. Take a look to see if you think this clip could work for your window. Let us know if you have any additional questions.
