Replace skylight handles with loop that works with long handle pole

A home owner from Maine says:

Current skylights approx 15 yrs old in kitchen and require standing on chair to operate. Handle has a #10 on the underside of the stem and the #s 9456-2C just below the hole that attaches to the post on the window. Couldn't find any brand identifiers. I measured the opening that attaches to the post as 3/8". Current handles do work. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell a pole ring for a 3/8" spline. I've related what would be our best options on this page but they're designed to fit in an 11/32" spline. I am very sorry that we can't offer something better.
