I can't find the correct shoe for this. I think you sell the 19-004 which looks similar to the top of mine. I cannot find this sash guide anywhere.

Thanks for writing in! Your channel balance will need to be a custom assembly. It has the 19-038 Weathervane Top Fitting and the 15-193 Bottom Fitting. Unfortunately, the compatible top sash guide has been discontinued and is no longer available.

I've forwarded a separate email with the link quoting (2) of the requested balances. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance. Please let me know if you would like a higher quantity of balances and I will be more than happy to update the quote for you.
