Thanks for reaching out! We do not carry an exact replacement match for your existing drawer socket but you may be able to use our 32-139 Rear Mounting Bracket to complete your repairs. Keep in mind, you will need to drill new installation holes into the cabinet to install this drawer bracket pair.

To use this drawer bracket pair, you will need to replace the drawer slides. Your existing slides will not be compatible with this bracket since they have a track with a 90 degree angle. I've tagged a few of the compatible drawer track slides to this thread but you'll need to confirm the length of your track to determine which one you need.
