Replacement Operator

Looking for the right truth split arm operator and crank handle.

As you can see in the assembly photo the attached arm for the window arm is busted as well as the crank.

I took another pic of the window arm w/o the crank. Need help with handle and split order

Thanks for reaching out! Your casement operator look like it could be our 39-329 Left Hand Inverted Split Arm Roto operator. Take a look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing hardware to confirm if this is the right replacement. The opposite handed version is part 39-330.

The compatible crank handle is part 39-232 and you may also need the 39-554 sash bracket. The bracket for the opposite side would likely be part 39-553.

If you are looking to replace the hinges as well, I suggest starting with the 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set. Carefully compare the dimensions to your existing hinges to determine if this will be a fit. Keep in mind, you may need to drill new installation holes to install it, so you'll need to be careful not to drill too far into the frame. Doing so could case damage to the glass. To ensure the window continues to function evenly and properly, you'll need to change both the top and bottom hinges. These can be used for the left and right side of the window.
