Replacement Parts

A quick learner from Iowa says:
Hello,

Been having problems with window cranks on several windows. They have C-9400-1B with 1 361 405L arm. It appears 39-332 is the replacement for these. Can you please confirm before I order multiple for my windows. Also, can you comment on reliability since several(4) of my windows have the same crank stripped gear problem?

Thanks,
Blake

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Hi, Blake. I agree that the 39-332 looks pretty close. You should just make sure the measurements we show match up to yours.

These operators are very reliable and should last years. If you have a problem with stripped out gears, then it may be an operational issue. It's important not to over tighten handles when you close these. Even the sturdiest operator in the world will strip out if the handle is over tightened too many times.
