Thanks for reaching out to us. Our 26-390 and 26-391 come to mind for the tilt latches. Our 39-348 operator resembles yours but we measure ours differently as shown in the photo below.

We don't sell a pivot bar with the exact specifications that you need, unfortunately. The 26-030 appears to be our best option. Review the specifications for each of these parts and see if they match what you need.
