A handy person from Williamsville, NY says:
Hi,

I need help identifying the part pictures attached for replacement. The coils broke. I also need pivot bars. The window weight is 12 pounds.

Thanks,

John

Hello there. This looks like a 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 152 Coil Balances. If the window sash weighs 12 pounds, use two S152-6 6 pound springs, one for each side of the sash. This will equal 12 pounds of support overall. You should be able to reuse your old coil covers if they're not broken, but otherwise use our newer style 15-143, 15-144 and 15-145 components. These 'sandwich' around each coil. Finally, this system often uses either the 26-446 or 26-466 Pivot Bars, but without seeing your original I have no idea if either of these are what you need. Please compare, and if neither seem right, please send me a picture of your original pivot bar along with dimensions so we can try and find something better.
