Replacement Sliding Device for my window

A quick learner from Daytona Beach, FL says:
I also have tilt windows that are broken are not working properly. The metal prong sticking out of the bottom of the window sash are nowt staying screwed in . I also need the top locking device that slides back and forth to keep the sash held in the frame. The sliding devices (the balance?) are either broken or the blue locking part is worn out. The parts in need are in the pictures.

Hello,

Take a look at our 15-087 housing pivot, which is compatible with our S180 coil springs and related accessories.

As for your pivot bar, take a look and compare the dimensions of the 26-427 to yours.

As for your tilt latches, we do not carry an exact replacement and I'm not sure if any of our parts could work as a replacement. Our closest option would be the 26-408 but the dimensions will be the determining factor. Thank you!
