Replacement balances

A quick learner from St Louis, MO says:

Hello, I have attached pics of what I think you need to see. My upper window is in free fall now. The support mechanisms measure approx 5.5" long. The windows are tip in style and dated 2007. Brochure called them "View Point", made by "Focal Point". Please advise on your replacement parts. Email or text me. Thank you!

Hello,

I can't be sure without seeing the entire coil balance assembly uninstalled, but the cover and mounting bracket in your photos resemble parts used with the 15-087. If the specifications below match your housing pivot, see the  15-086 tandem housings and Series 180 coil springs used with this assembly. We'll relate a few videos on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!
