Thanks for posting, Sam. This looks like either an S351-24 or S390-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or its measurement from 'heel' to 'toe'. See the illustration below for reference. Measure the depth of your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. For a new stamp option choose 2340.
