Yes. That measurement checks out, but mine is not white. I've included an additional photo of what's actually broken in case there is an option to NOT purchase the entire new assembly.

Unfortunately, the broken peg for the mounting screws is not available separately. Also, note that the 82-080 is also available in Almond, which you can choose on our product page before adding it to your cart.

Is the 82-081 the same thing but with a key?

Correct, the 82-081 is the keyed version of the 82-080 handle set.
