Replacement handle , exterior lock , and all parts necessary for repair

A home owner from New Jersey says:

I hope you can identify all parts necessary to repair this handle, exterior lock, internal parts . This door was purchased approximately 16 years ago from the now defunct Air-chek Window depot in Clifton NJ. There are no markings on any of these products.

I'm sorry to say that we can only replace the handle set for this door, which would be our 82-078.

The other components, though, like the mortise lock and keeper, are completely unavailable to us. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
