A home owner from Derwood Maryland, USA says:
Hi, Both sides of our window has coils broken.
Coils are still attached to foot but not to middle leverage.
I don't know what I need to order from your website.
Still looking for brand of windows.

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but I can't be sure of the parts that you need with the coil balance still installed. We'll need to start by seeing your pivot shoe and coil springs removed from the window to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the pivot shoe. There should be numbers stamped on the base of the coil that we'll need to determine the strength options for your replacements. See the videos related on this page to help you through the process. Thank you!

A home owner from Derwood Maryland, USA says:

Hi Swisco,

Thanks for instruction.

2 photos (on the note): shoe has 1.25 inch by 0.5 inch which takes coil of 0.5 inch in width.

2 photos (with finger): hard to see the number but number in the coil toward to shoe looks like #10035.

Can you please let me know?

Thanks

Jon

Thanks for getting back to us. Your pivot shoe reminds me of the 15-228 but there are some stylistic differences. The determining factor would be how the dimensions compare to yours. If it's a match, this shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" wide Series 160 coil springs.

If your coil springs are stamped with 10, we do offer the S160-10 coils. To confirm, you can also divide the weight of your sash by the number of coils on both sides of the window. The support hardware can be found under the related items section of the coil spring product pages.

A home owner from Derwood Maryland, USA says:
Thanks for your assistance.
I ordered a pair of S160-10.

I forgot to add one thing to order if availble.
Slider before pulling lower window up is broken.
How do I find parts if available.
See picture.
Picture with red power code is OK, but the other one has broken slide lock?

Sure, I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-243 and 26-244 to your tilt latches. Take a look at the dimensions below and let us know if you have any other questions.
