I notice you have a combination vinyl housing and die cast pivot bar, which is our 26-425. They are sold as a unit for the bottom window sashes. For the top sash and the pivot bar assembly the 26-426 has the the die cast pivot bar with locking wings. Look it over and see if this could work for you.
