Thanks for posting. This looks like either an S380-28 or S385-28 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best--see the image below for reference. In either case, for a stamp option choose 2740.

I measured it and it is 1 inch. So, ours is 28" Series 380 Channel balance. How do I order one?

All orders can be placed online. From the S380-28 shop page, simply click "Add to Cart," and then click "Checkout" at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Don't forget to set the stamp option you need (2740), as well as the quantity of balances desired. Let me know if you have any other questions!
