Thanks for the photos! The screen window you are looking to replace is referred to as a screen wicket. Take a look at the 56-090 Plastic Screen Wicket and see what you think.

Your window tilt latch looks like it could be replaced with the 26-228 Left Hand Tilt Latch. The opposite handed version is the 26-229. You'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions to confirm that these are the correct replacements. If they are not a match, I'll need to know your exact dimensions written out to determine the best replacement.

The screen wicket has a trapezoidal shape. It's dimensions are 10-1/8" wide and 6-1/8" tall; the wicket can be installed along any 10" minimum wide section of the screen frame.

In regard to the tilt latches, I'm sorry to say we do not carry anything with a 2-1/4" center to center screw measurement; although, we do have some that are close. I would suggest double checking this measurement. Carefully compare it to the 26-195 and 26-196 General Aluminum tilt latches.
