The cover to the assembly says "Andersen"

I need to replace the whole assembly. It seems as if something is stripped. When attempting to open the window it will grind and take several cranks to get the window to move at all. Tried switching handles already.

Thanks for posting. See our 39-264 Andersen Split-Arm Operator. This looks like what you have, but compare with the diagram below to confirm. Note if your window was built between 1995 and 1998 you will need the 39-362 Adapter Plate to install this operator. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-267 and 39-152 sold separately. Let me know if you have any questions.
