Replacement pull out hardware

I am looking for replacements for broken cabinet pull out hardware from 90's Woodmode frameless cabinet. The plastic strip is 22.5 "L x 3/4W x 1/4 D. The holes are 1.5 " apart. The part that supports the pull out is 2" L x 3/4 Wx 1 1/2 D (or projection). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Unfortunately we do not carry replacements for the plastic support base shown.
