Replacement rollers for Four Seasons Sunroom Sliding Glass Door

A home owner from Ellisville, MO says:

I am looking for replacement rollers for a Four Seasons Sunroom sliding glass door. No markings on the rollers. I have tried a other rollers but when installed, the wheels would not clear the sill of the track.

The side panel of the door frame has a sticker with Series 230 SGD SGD-R20-73X81

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 81-056 to your roller assembly. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below. Take a look and see what you think. Thank you!

Thanks. I think it will work. My only concern was the tab was on the opposite side, but your closeup picture shows the flare is on the correct side. I will order two to hopefully rejuvenate my door.

I did notice that but it looks like the roller wheels were flipped over to the top of the assembly and adjusted all the way to the top of the roller for some reason, which is why it looks a bit different. The tab would generally be at the top of the roller to attach to the door frame and the wheels would extend from the bottom to ride of the door track.

A home owner from Ellisville, MO says:
I am going to remove the door again tomorrow measure the wheels. I noticed in the description of 81-056 that it comes with both 1" and 1 1/4" diameter wheels. I'm guessing my wheels are 1" to allow the door to go over the threshold. Thanks so much for your help.

Great, I would definitely recommend confirming the exact dimensions of the original roller to ensure that it fits the door frame and has the same wheel diameter to ensure that the door sits at the correct height.

A home owner from Ellisville, MO says:
I received and installed the rollers. They work great. The only difference is the original rollers were 1 1/8" in diameter, but the 1" variation works while the standard 1 1/4" would not clear the sill. Thanks for your help.
