Replacements needed for door lock

A home owner from Atlanta, Georgia says:

I have what appears to be JADO narrow door lock sets on the exterior storm and interior front door to my home. The 82-400 s 82-398 appear quite similar. One major difference; however is that the levers are centered only 1 inch from the door edge vs 1 3/4". I am not sure whether the doors can be retrofit and patched if replaced or if it may be possible to replace parts from the lock sets. Let me know your thoughts please.

Thank you.

Anne

Thanks for reaching out to us, Anne. We unfortunately don't sell this exact handle set, but it reminds me a bit of our 40-049. This is commonly used on storm doors with a more narrow type of stile. Look over its dimensions and see how well they compare.

The 82-400 is used on much wider doors than what you appear to have. I don't think this would be a good match in this particular application.
