Hey there! 

We appreciate you reaching out to us. I'm confident we can help with this though I'll need more information. Can you show us photos of the top fitting of this balance? We would also like to see a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism.

These photos are a huge help, thank you! Based on what I see in the photos you've provided, my recommendation is the S380-29 or S385-29 channel balances with the 2840 stamp option. You will have to measure as shown below to determine which Series is best for your repair.
