Replacing tilt window pivot bars

A quick learner from Florida says:

Hi, I just recently had one of my windows malfunction and discovered the pivot bars are corroded and broken. We live near the ocean and I'm sure that is what caused it. The windows were installed in 2001, however the company was bought by Jeld Wen. I a trying to find replacement pivot bars as well as information on how to replace them. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have included a photo of the corroded bar as well as pictures of the good ones.

Thank you so much, Jim

Hi there, Jim.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I can't be certain when this part is installed, unfortunately. The 26-271 has a similar "T" nose though. This is by no means a guarantee so we recommend you remove yours from the window sash and compare the specifications to confirm.
