Hello, Hello, I believe you have an old-style Silverline operator. The newer style would be the 39-025 and 39-026, which should work on your window. Your assembly had a threaded hole at the end of the link arm which took a shoulder screw. Note that this operator has a threaded sector at the end of the link arm, which eliminates the need for a shoulder screw. The link arm length is also a bit different in length, but there should be enough "travel" in the operator to make up the difference in length. Also, check the mounting hole locations at the bottom of your operator to see if they match up to the 1-1/8" hole center measurement shown below. As for the two screws shown in your photos, you won't need the shoulder screw because these operators have the threaded sector which takes a regular screw. You should also order the 33-206 nylon bushing. As for that machine screw that mounted your operator to the window, we do not carry that type but we have the 33-081 sheet metal type for mounting the operator. If you do need that type of mounting screw, I would recommend taking it to a hardware store to have them supply a replacement. Take a look at all the parts shown on this page. along with the related videos. Thank you. Dimensions for 39-025
