Ribbed channel balance with different shoe

A quick learner from South Carolina says:

Balance length is 28 and three-quarter inch top to bottom these are single hung windows there are no identifying marks on the glass or the frame or the windows themselves

The metal is 28 inches it is stamped at 28 see the weight of the sash [the sash weighed 16 pounds]. The top connects with a big plastic piece but I can't find it on your websiet.

I will follow up on another email to you with pictures of the shoe on the balance also pictures of the bottom of the window thanks I have three windows.

Thanks for posting. Your balance appears to to be our Series 752 Channel balance which will need to be a custom order. To confirm the pricing and availability of this balance I'll need to see the stamps/markings from your balance, how the balance installs to the top of the window (a hook or a clip), and I'll need to know the exact number of balances you are looking to purchase.

Your pivot bar is part 26-448. Take a look at the diagram below to review the dimensions.
