Right and left hand balances for 14.6 pound double hung vinyl window

Greetings,

I need the right and left hand balances for a 14.6 pound double hung vinyl window. The balance, 1 1/4" x 9/16" (nominal measurments) has the marking "PAT5.353.548" on the side. I believe that the 8 lbs Series 161 Roller-Tilt, Product Code: S161-08 is the part. The only notable variation that I see between the balances on the window (and in the attached pictures) is that the model you offer has a metal tilt point, rather than plastic. Naturally, I expect that the same balance it used for both the right and left hand sides.
