S390-23 My top shoe looks to be the same, the bottom shoes' measurement is 1 1/8" mine 5/8" is this available or will another one work

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This doesn't appear to be the Series 390. Can you confirm the width of the metal channel? I suspect it's 3/8", not 1/2", which means you would want the S800-23 with the 22C option. Look over the specifications for this balance and see what you think.
