Your pivot shoe resembles the 15-177 along with the S152-9 coil spring. For a new cover, review the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap and 15-145 support barrel. Compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit!

A S152-9 coil can support 9 pounds of weight. Together with the other side of the window, the window sash should weigh 18 pounds, please compare.

For the pivot bar, are you able to show us it removed from the pivot shoe where we can see a clear view of the tip? Thank you!
