I have sash balance from 1994 that is broken.
The number is marked 11600-17 11L 2 BU52 0394.
Do you replacement part?

Hello, Rajeev. Thanks for reaching out to us. I think the key stamp here is "11L," in which case I would recommend the 24-11L Andersen balance. I believe this is the part you need. We also sell the 24-11R for the opposite side, since these come in left and right.
