Sash balance

A contractor from North Carolina says:

I'm guessing that it is a double spring balance. There are 2 of them. They are in a Plygem 1500 vinyl double hung window.
Any help would be appreciated

Your balance assembly resembles the 15-252 inverted universal dual support that is compatible with the Series 160 coil springs. Please review the overall style and dimensions to confirm a good fit! You will need to check the metal coils for a number stamped that will indicate the weighted coil needed.

If there is no number present, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. Thank you!
