Thanks for reaching out! Your sash lock reminds me of our 90-313 Deep-set Sash Lock. This lock is made with a pointed hook, however, it should still function in the same fashion as your lock. It locks under the top sash rail. 

Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing sash lock to confirm that this is the right fit.
