Unfortunately we do not carry an exact match for your top sash guide. We cannot guarantee it will fit, but we have a black Top sash guide, 18-196 that is popular in Florida. Please compare the dimensions especially the screw hole placement, 1/4" down, the offset top cap, 1-1/16" and the width of the housing, 5/8". 

Let us know how it compares to your original!
