Hello, We may be able to supply S795-36 balances calibrated to support a 40-pound window sash but we would have no way of knowing if they would work for you since we recommend replacement balances based on what the manufacturer used originally. Is there another similar window in the house with intact balances that you could remove and show us? Even if the window is a different size, it would help us determine the balance series that would work for your window with missing balances. Thank you! |

Thanks for getting back to us. I agree that the part in your photo does resemble the 15-195 that comes with the S795 channel balance. If you can remove an intact balance assembly from a window in the house and confirm the length of the metal channel, as well as measure the height of the visible glass in the sash that they support, that will be a good place to start. |
