Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need to see your balance removed from the window to compare to our inventory. Any fittings on the ends of the balance channel, as well as the clip at the end of the pulley cord, are especially important. It also looks like the balances shown in your photos have different stamps. If they are from the same window, the balances should have the same stamp codes. Thank you!
